Landal Noordzee Residence Cadzand-Bad is a holiday park with luxury villas, located on the Dutch Zeeland coast. It’s just 15 minutes walk from a wide, sandy beach and the coastal resort of Cadzand-Bad with its shops, restaurants and supermarket. Cadzand-Bad is a beautiful, long stretch of coast with clean, safe beaches, play areas and cosy beach pavilions where you can enjoy a delicious meal or drink. Miffy-themed land markers are dotted along the beach as a playful nod to the one of the Netherlands’ most iconic characters.

This is a large park featuring modern villas and bungalows with private gardens, many of which are on the waterfront with their own private jetty and rowing boat. There are also houses set back from the water. The park is very well landscaped and cared for, with great attention to detail throughout. The central building is home to most of the park’s facilities, including a small indoor pool, the park shop, bowling and bike hire. You’ll also find a bar and restaurant with a large outdoor terrace area, where you can relax on the comfy sofas enjoying a drink while the children play at the adjacent boat-themed play area. The dune-inspired mini golf is also a hit with families!

The park organises an entertainments programme including mini discos for the younger guests, while sports-lovers can take advantage of the football pitch on site or the sports centre located next to the park entrance where you can enjoy a game of tennis, volleyball or basketball. Other on-site activities include archery and laser tag.

With the fantastic coastal cycle network on the doorstep, it is easy to get out and explore on two wheels. You can cycle through the dunes, local towns or even venture across the border into Belgium (the Belgian border is a 10-minute cycle away and the Belgian beach resort of Knokke is 40 minutes away by bike).
