The Holiday Suites Jabbeke apartments are located on the shores of a recreational lake area, “Het Klein Strand” in lovely green surroundings on the outskirts of Bruges. The large swimming lake and sandy beach area is really popular with families. There is fun to be had for all ages with its water sports, play areas and the WOW waterpark with its inflatable waterslides and climbing obstacles. Or you can just relax on the beach and enjoy lunch at the beach bar.

The apartments are set over 2 floors and sleep between 2 and 6. With comfortable rooms, balcony, fully equipped kitchen and live area as well as a communal play area this is a great, cheaper alternative to staying in central Bruges which is only a 20 minute drive away. There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance too.

Holiday Suites Jabbeke is in a region called the Hinterland of Bruges, famous for its forests, lakes and castles, and is ideally located to explore by bike or on the many walking trails. The Belgian coast beaches and attractions are only a 15 minute drive away. So you can have the best of both worlds here, peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle but so many places to explore within a very short drive.

Accommodation

These modern, comfortable apartments have a well equipped kitchen, comfortable seating area and sleep up to 6 people. They have a bathroom and free wifi. Parking is next to the residence and is payable.

Towels and bed making can be added on for an extra fee.

Holiday Suites is all about making things as easy as possible. An entry code will be text to you before arrival and you use this to open a safe which contains your key. You then drop it off in the safe before you check out.

“Great stay right outside of Brugge”

Just stayed here for two days with three adults. It’s like living in an apartment right on the beach! Our room had two separate bedrooms split by a full kitchen and living room so we all had a little privacy. There was outdoor space and sliding door to let the breeze in. It was very clean and super easy to check in. Would recommend for those trying to go to Brugge as it’s only 10 minutes drive! We are very happy to have discovered this little gem half the price of staying inside Brugge! Great for families also!

The medieval city of Bruges is just 20 mins away by car. Why not go on a horse and carriage ride through the city or treat yourselves to some of the best chocolate in the world!

The Boudewijk Sea Park just outside of Bruges is 15 mins away.

The beautiful and quirky city of Gent is 35 mins away with its fairytale castle slap bang in the middle of town and its boat trips along the river, this is a very child friendly city with some fab places to stop for a waffle! See if you can find the cool little alley, Het Graffitstraatje and take some photos!

The Belgian Coast is just a short 15-20 minute drive away and once there you can enjoy the huge sandy beaches with their beach bars and playgrounds, hire family bikes on the car free boulevards or simply enjoy people watching. Plopsaland theme park is 30 mins away.

Bellewaerde zoo is a 40 minute drive inland.
