The Ayres-Steinberg family left us this review of their holiday at Landal Sluftervallei in August. They had contacted us about summer holiday ideas in the Netherlands for their family of 5 with a 4 year old and 1 year old twins. They wanted a family friendly beach resort, somewhere a bit different, and with easy access to Amsterdam by public transport. They settled on Landal Sluftervallei on Texel, one of the Wadden islands and sent us this review after their holiday:
“We got the best guidance from Little Clogs on our summer vacation from NYC.
We spent a week at the Landal Sluftervallei and it was WONDERFUL! The bungalow was adorable and perfectly equipped for kids, the restaurants and shop had everything you could need, and it was so easy to get to the beach or just let the kids play at the pool and the playgrounds. And they loved Bollo’s disco dance party every day. 😂
It was the first vacation I’ve ever taken with the three kids that was actually relaxing (and we did a Disney cruise and Beaches Negril this year!).
We are now obsessed with Dutch holiday parks. It’s the only kind of vacation we want to take and we’re hoping someone will bring the model to the US.”
