Review: So Impressed With The Dutch Parks!

The Hunt family left us this review of their August holiday at Twee Bruggen and Hof van Saksen. They got the overnight ferry from Newcastle to Amsterdam and had a day in Amsterdam at the end of their holiday too. This was their second Little Clogs holiday, having visited Duinrell a few years ago! They said:

“With lots of help from Laura at Little Clogs we booked 5 nights at Twee Bruggen and 3 nights at Hof van Saksen in August with our kids who are 6 and 8. Twee Bruggen was a fantastic campsite – the location is so calm and tranquil but plenty for the kids to do. Our kids wanted to spend most of the day by the pool but we did venture to some local towns which was nice. We were really impressed with the facilities, particularly the restaurants which had more of a high end feel to some other campsites we have stayed at in other European countries.

Hof van Saksen was brilliant – I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it to friends as it is all geared for kids but not forgetting adults with 5 star facilities – especially the range of restaurants and an amazing gift shop on site! We had a day of bad weather but there was plenty of activities for the kids to do indoors that it didn’t spoil our holiday. Laura was brilliant and so helpful when we were booking the accommodation but also whilst we were there with plenty of great tips and advice!”
