Review: Landal Rabbit Hill, a Truly Magical Place

The Longley family stayed at Landal Rabbit Hill at the end of July and fell in love with the Netherlands! Their son has autism and they found this to be a perfect holiday for him. They left us this review:

Amsterdam

“I just wanted to message you and thank you for all of your help with my questions about our trip to the Netherlands.

We had the most incredible trip and now understand why you guys are such advocates of family holidays to the Netherlands. We’ve truly fallen in love with the country and are already planning to go back next summer.

This was our itinerary:

Sailed Newcastle to Amsterdam with my husband, our 6 year old and 4 year old.

Had a day trip in Amsterdam at the start of the trip and stayed at the Novotel at Hoofdorp as it has parking and is walking distance to the train station.

Then spent a week at a Landal Rabbit Hill but we also had a few day trips to Harderwijk, Heerderstrand Lake and Avonturenland theme park.

At the end of the week we sailed back to Newcastle. The whole holiday was amazing, the Landal staff were lovely and the park was so pretty. Our youngest also has autism and we worried how he would cope but he loved Rabbit Hill and cried on the last day when we returned our hire bikes.

A truly magical break that I would recommend to any family, especially if you have an SEN child too.

Once again thank you!”
