Beekse Bergen is a wonderful and unique resort with two parts, the Lake Resort where you can stay in the forest area or close to Lake Victoria, and the Safari Resort with detached lodges and hotel rooms where you can watch the giraffes, zebras, rhinos and other safari animals go about their day! Included in the price when you stay at Beekse Bergen is full use of the indoor pools on both resorts, regardless of which resort you stay on, indoor and outdoor play areas, an activity programme for all ages and unlimited entry to the safari park and Speelland fun park on the lake beach.
Beekse Bergen is a large resort but has a free land train which takes you around the different parts, as well as a boat which goes between the Lake Resort and Speelland. You can also hire bikes to get around the resort and make the most of the extensive cycle network directly from the resort.

Beekse Bergen is doable without a car but it’s handy to have one for day trips, for example to Heusden , a fortified star-shaped town with 3 windmills, a boating marina and a fab pancake house, the Loonse en Drunense inland sand dunes, or Efteling theme park.
Driving, it is approx 3 hours from Calais and a little over an hour from Europoort or Hoek of Holland ferry ports. Amsterdam airport is 1h20 away and Eindhoven airport 25 mins away.
