Here is Laura giving a quick intro to Little Clogs and how the concept was born. Laura lives in Altrincham and runs Little Clogs together with Jane who lives in Amsterdam!
Between us we have a lot of local knowledge about Holland and Belgium as family holiday destinations and our website is dedicated to opening up these countries to young families. Little Clogs was born after a family holiday Laura went on to the Belgian Coast in summer 2017.
It was a last minute decision and was one of the best holidays she has ever been on. Everything was geared up for families and young children, from the easy journey to the car free promenade and long sandy beach with play areas wherever you looked. Oh and the laid back beach bars serving Trappiste beer (ok that was for the parents!).
When Laura came back from that holiday she spoke to many local parents who hadn’t realised that Belgium had this type of holiday to offer. Jane who’s in Holland has been going on holiday park holidays for years and so with our knowledge and experience of family holidays in these destinations we joined forces and created Little Clogs.
